Using a mindful movement approach and a freshly modern spin on weight work, this breath focused class collectively offers a ground to crown full body workout, synergistically and effectively. Dynamic movement keeps your joints supple, torso twisting move’s stagnant energy through the spinal column, dynamic, foundation first movement establishes strength in your bodies day to day patterns. Protect your temple against injury and build meaningful muscle and flexibility that promote longevity and overall fitness levels.
