20 Minute Meditation followed by All Levels Yoga Flow
Service Description
We will begin this practice with a 20 minutes seated Mindfulness Meditation based on Buddhist tradition then transition to a guided Yoga vinyasa. This practice is for All Levels of Yogis - no meditation experience is necessary! We have a limited amount of loaner bolsters and mats - please bring your own or purchase one in our retail store!

Cancellation Policy
In order to accommodate all clients as best as we can, please be mindful of our cancellation policy. To cancel a lesson, please email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Should we receive less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full for the missed lesson. Thank you in advance for your support.
