"Change happens through movement and movement heals"
- Joseph Pilates
Errol Morris, Cambridge MA
"There is something about exercise that makes many people apprehensive. There is absolutely nothing to worry about here. Think of it as a cause for rejoicing. Pilates is a route to sanity as well as good health. Karina is part trainer, part psychiatrist, part lifestyle coach. She has not just improved my life, she has transformed it. We are all lucky to have her around."
